What is Soul-based Coaching?
Soul-based Coaching is a very unique modality that allows me to help you tap into your own inner-knowing. It can be used to explore any topic and will always lead you to exactly the insights that will serve you. Unlike traditional coaching or therapy, this approach does not provide advice, protocols, interpretation or analysis. Rather it allows the answers and healing capability already within you the unhurried time and open space they need to emerge into your mind and body.
Soul-based Coaching is truly for anyone who desires support with any kind of question, issue or topic. Since the modality is designed to connect a person with their own inner-wisdom it is possible to use it no matter what is brought to the session and no matter what comes up throughout the exploration.
How do I know if Soul-based Coaching is for me?

Of course, when looking into our inner-world, especially with another person, it is normal to feel cautious.
Soul-based Coaching has respect for personal agency and boundaries designed right into its framework. For example, the question 'What would you like to have happen?' is always deciding the direction of the exploration. It's a space within which the vulnerable or unfamiliar can be explored in the safest way that a coaching or therapeutical interaction can offer. Clean Language is responsible for this safety.
In Soul-based Coaching, we spend most of the session on developing something called your symbolic landscape. You can think of it like an upstream level of your consciousness made up of shapes, objects, colors, textures, sounds. This landscape is alive and contains everything your system needs to heal, learn and grow. Any desired insights or change are most easily achieved by working directly with and within the intelligence of this dimension of your being.
What does it mean that we work with metaphors?
What if I'm not sure I'll be able to work with metaphors?
The experience will feel entirely seamless to you, even if you've never done it before. This is because you don't need any kind of 'know how'. You'll be answering questions the whole time and no answer can be wrong.
